Outcomes of the Consumer Engagement Labs went through complex processes of in-house development by the companies participating in the project. These processes involved the selection of the most promising product ideas, verification of their production potential, technical feasibility and commercial attractiveness.
The successful market introductions of 43 products in 20 European countries (as of December 2025) showcase the creative potential of consumers as key actors in the food sector.
